In the world of corporate events, there is always a desire to produce more and be more memorable. Conference headshots, a rapidly growing trend in events, is one of those activities that get people engaged and provide true value for attendees.
What are Conference Headshots?
Simply put, conference headshots are professional headshots at an event (such as a convention, conference, annual meeting, or trade show), done in volume. We use our 30 years of professional experience, specializing in corporate event photography and corporate headshots since 2009, to our advantage. Key Features
Here are a few key features of Morton Visuals’ conference headshots:
- First and foremost, there is no admin work necessary for the client! We take care of everything. You don’t have to do any delivery, follow-up, or anything else once we are booked. (Note that we do recommend signage calling out the headshot booth.)
- Guests sign in using their phone and our QR code (displayed at our setup) or using our iPad.
- Immediate Delivery of (unedited) professional headshots, available to view within minutes of being photographed.
- Each person receives an email with a link to a private gallery while they are being photographed!
- Each headshot is named with the subject’s last name and first name.
- If we are booked to deliver retouched headshots, then each person is able to mark their favorite image for retouching – right from the convenience of their phone!
- Alternately, we can allow guests to download their unretouched headshots minutes after being photographed.
- If retouching has been included, we deliver retouched selections right to the top of each person’s gallery within 24 hours of everyone finalizing their selections.
Optional Features
- Upon request, we can help you line up a professional makeup artist to provide touch-ups for your guests, taming stray hairs and toning down shine. This really contributes to “the Hollywood experience” for your event attendees.
- We can deliver unretouched headshots within minutes of each person being photographed. Alternately, we can offer retouching:
- Each person can mark their favorite image to be retouched. The selected image will be retouched and uploaded to the top of their private gallery within about 24 hours of all guests making selections.
- We can retouch all headshots for everyone. Although this costs a bit more, guests are able to download 1 or more retouched images a few hours after photography (usually by the next morning, if we are shooting all day).
- We can pre-schedule people using an online scheduler before the event. This means each person will get a designated time frame for their photography. We’ve found this invaluable when an organization needs to ensure that all their staff get photographed during the course of the event. We can also block out time(s) for walk-ups.
- Sponsor branding: We can place a sponsor’s logo at the top of each person’s private gallery, reminding them of the generous sponsor who provided their conference headshots experience.
The Morton Visuals’ Process
We make it simple, with only 3 steps:
- Sign In using our iPad or pointing your phone at our QR code
- Get Photographed in a variety of poses by a professional photographer
- View Your Images and either download them immediately after being photographed or mark your favorite(s) for retouching*
